Returns & Refund Policy

At EverydayPaw , we stand behind the quality of our products and want both you and your furry friend to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

 

🐾 Returns

·       We accept returns within 30 days of your order being delivered.

·       To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

·       Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery.

 

🐾 Refunds

·       Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

·       If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

·       Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received free shipping, the cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.

 

🐾 Exchanges

·       Need a replacement? If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly exchange it at no cost.

·       Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue so we can arrange a quick solution.

 

🐾 Non-Returnable Items

·       For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

·       Opened or used products

·       Gift cards

 

🐾 How to Start a Return

·       Email us at Isaac@everydaypaw.com with your order number and reason for return.

·       We’ll provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

·       Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund or exchange status.
